My story began in my family’s photography studio in Brazil. Journalism taught me to observe; fashion taught me to refine. More than 20 years later, I still believe the strongest photographs come from being fully present to gesture, light, atmosphere and the people who give a celebration its meaning.
I photograph what is real, then shape it with attention, restraint and an editorial sense of composition.
